gave a new block of uw .. i noticed a thing , if i pick all the qs and do random , i m still running at 73-75 ( someone in the forum said thats real bad )
now worst thing is if i take random of all the wrong qs of all topics and subj .. i run at 52-55 only .. i saw i did a lot of phsio and pathphysio qs and esp cardio wrong ,, guess i ll have to work on it .. physio looks so simple but i never do them right , now i ve started having a phobia of physio ..

guys thanks for ur comforting words ,, i didnt read or posts yest .. guess was too depressed to read any .. i know no one really cares what i do , thats what i console myself with , just that it goes in too much at times into my small brain.. and i guess it becomes overcrowded real fast with so less volume ..
best thing is to conc in the present , instead of crying about past and worrying about the future .. the present is the only soln of all past present and future .. lets strike the iron while is still hot.. lets keep the spirits high and work harder..
vena: u can do the exam at any center of your choice...just so u know the questions they test u on are the same 150 questions that are available on usmle.org.
owl i remember one time u askin for a pneumonic on reportable diseases...i heard this in dit:
not a pneumonic but a way to remember:
1) STDs: aids , gonorrehea, syphilis, chlamydia
2) hepatitis: a,b,c
3) immunization related: Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR)
4) diarrhea: salmonella, shigella
5)TB
others i remember like this: lyme disease ( we will have to remember as when we practice, it is prevelant in our area), legionarres( again the episode happened in our area...remember the hotel in philly!!), chickenpox..kids in asia have it...kids in US dont as they get vaccinated...just a way to remember!!

guys i still havent started fa pharm .. got stuck with some qs and had to brush up the theory and then did the gen path in goljan , wrote all my uw notes there , plus i thought i ll just do the pics and slides fm goljan for the time being .... am tired , have to do the enzyme chap in kap and will continue with gen pharm in fa , hopefully ..
